Happy Belated Valentine's Day

                                         

Items Necessary for a Successful Valentine's Day:
-Wine or Cider (I had both)

-Cheese
(brie is delicious!)

-Bread

-Chocolate

And they should be consumed in the order listed above. Valentine's day was relatively uneventful. We had a girly get together with good conversation and a lot o' laughs.

Lunch de jour:

1 boiled egg

2 small red potatoes (boiled)

Shredded parmesan 

Salt and Pepper

Dijon Mustard

Combine in a bowl and enjoy the wonderfulness of it all.
